Whether you prefer a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session or a Dance class, a Bootcamp or a Stretch & Sculpt session, we can offer a range of classes that are adapted to meet each individual need and fitness level!

No more having to go to a separate exercise class from your partner or friend, you can now workout together at your own individual pace!

Meet Sue

… a mum of 4 boys, who likes to eat and drink wine (just a normal ‘girl’ really)

I have always loved to exercise, regularly playing sports as a child and into my teens but as I got older things changed, I met my husband and had my four gorgeous children. I found life got very busy, rushing around bringing up the little ones and then battling an illness for a few years, before I knew it I was 4 stones overweight, tired and the thought of getting off the sofa at the end of the day to ‘workout’ was ludicrous!

After years of yo-yo dieting I started going to a nutrition and fitness class, I lost the weight and my confidence came flooding back. It was then when I decided to train in Exercise to Music and I never looked back!

I started working for a friend for couple of years, teaching fitness classes in the community but I knew that if I wanted to be true to myself, I needed to take the leap and set up my own business and show the ‘world’ that exercise is for EVERYBODY not just the fitness fanatics!

I know how hard it can be to dedicate time to ‘us’ but I am passionate about how we must not forget to look after our self, how we should lead a healthy lifestyle, be kind to ourselves, inside and out!
I love helping every one of my clients to make fitness an integral part of their day, to make it fun and enjoyable, movement is so beneficial at any age but more importantly in later life.
